Heritage Developments was established by its present owners in 1996 and, as our list of satisfied customers keeps growing.
We are based in Cleobury Mortimer in Shropshire, so cover the whole of South Shropshire, North Herefordshire and into Worcestershire. We have converted a very wide range of buildings, from a luxury 5 bedroom detached house to an attached 1 bedroom cottage for use as a holiday let.
Detton Hall Farm
We acquired the site of two large separate buildings, with planning permission for conversion into five units. They had become redundant for agricultural use, following the sale of the hall, the farm and its land, but were the original farm buildings of the hall itself.
King street Grange Farm
Heritage Developments acquired these two separately owned (but joined) farm buildings, and created light, airy and spacious luxury conversions.
Weston Farm
Having noticed over many years the gradual decline of the buildings not far from our offices, we had given up hope of ever rescuing them, as they were fast becoming beyond repair.
