Having noticed over many years the gradual decline of the buildings not far from our offices, we had given up hope of ever rescuing them, as they were fast becoming beyond repair.

When we heard one day that the buildings were coming on the market, we wasted no time in snapping up both the house and farm buildings for conversion. The location was perfect. And from the outset, there was huge interest in the house and its subsequently converted farm buildings.

We stepped in just in time to save the buildings, and once we added detached garages and a sympathetic extension to one of the barns, the result was three stunning conversions, each with their own individual character.

Buyers loved living in an old building with history and character, while at the same time having the benefit of modern interiors and design – the best of both worlds.
